• Building and selling service packages
• Processing payments with transparent fees
• Tracking progress with reporting and analytics

3. User Accounts

To use most features you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Keep your credentials secure and confidential
• Notify us of unauthorized access immediately
• Accept responsibility for actions taken under your login

4. Payment Terms

BarkOnTrack is free to adopt. When you collect payments through the platform:

• A 2% platform fee applies to processed transactions
• Standard payment processor fees (e.g., Stripe) still apply
• All fees are shown before you confirm a charge
• You are responsible for taxes or regulatory obligations

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the Service lawfully and respectfully. Do not:

• Violate local, state, or federal regulations
• Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights
• Distribute malware or attempt to breach security
• Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive activity

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of BarkOnTrack is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We take security seriously and implement safeguards to protect the data you store with us.

7. Intellectual Property

BarkOnTrack, its features, and all related intellectual property remain the exclusive property of BarkOnTrack and its licensors. Using the Service does not grant ownership rights over any part of the platform.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access immediately if you breach these Terms or misuse the Service. You may also stop using BarkOnTrack at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends, but obligations such as outstanding fees remain.

9. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

BarkOnTrack and its team will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.

11. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms. Material updates include notice at least 30 days before the new terms take effect. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
